RETURN POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer free returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Can I return my order?

Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receipt.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must include all original parts, components, and packaging exactly as received.

  • The item must be in its original condition and free from damage caused by careless handling.

  • For products where hygiene is essential, items must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.

  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear to have been used, worn, or damaged beyond our control.

Returns are processed within 7 working days after receipt. Once reviewed and approved, your return will be officially acknowledged.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please email us at:

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the product (if damaged)

  • Full name of the customer

  • Customer address

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
⚠️ Please do not return items to the sender’s address shown on the package.


Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After this time, the order is already in processing and cannot be cancelled.

  • If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. You may wait to receive the goods and then request a return.


Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days of receiving your goods.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, send us a clear statement (by email) to boutiquemods@gmail.com.

  • The withdrawal is considered complete only after the goods are returned to us.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Because we operate with a fully automated system, once an order is placed, it cannot be stopped mid-shipment. Refunds are only possible once the goods have been returned.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive damaged or faulty items, please email us at boutiquemods@gmail.com with:

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • A clear description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will send replacement items to you free of charge.


Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will refund the payments made, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used in your original order, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for this repayment.


Important Notes

  • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense.

  • Transit times for international returns may vary.

  • To ensure faster processing, please send us your return tracking details once shipped.
